The 1920 Census in Cedar County, Nebraska shows that he was born about 1889 in Denmark, and he immigrated to the U.S. in 1912. His wife was born in Denmark about 1878, and immigrated to the U.S. in 1882. They had two children in 1920: Verla (born 1916 in Nebraska) and Maria (born 1918 in Nebraska). Mrs. AAGAARD's father, M.P. JENSEN (born 1841 in Denmark) also lived in the household.
